I have several thousand hours flying experience in all kinds of aircraft and have flown throughout Africa.
Many trials and challenges have shaped my approach to flying and my attitude as flying instructor and examiner.
Though retired I still have a passion for teaching. That extra bit of hands-on knowledge which I impart could one day save your life.
The principles are practical and woven into my CRM and Language Proficiency Courses.

All flight crew and traffic controllers must be graded in their language proficiency. ICAO have laid down the necessary standards needed to achieve the different ratings.
Aviation English proficiency assessments are conducted by Noddy Hogan and his Linguistic expert Melanie Block.

Crew resource management training is an international requirement for all involved in aeronautical operations. The combination of good leadership, improved communications and decision making skills, all lead to improved air safety.
“Initial” and “Recurrency” CRM courses are conducted for the individual’s requirements. We are able to work out of office hours and over the weekend. Urgent applications may be considered. Interview locations are negotiable.
The standards of the course have been laid down by CAA. And conducted by ATP /flight instructor / examiner.
